We do not accept insurance at this time.
A "super-bill" will be provided to you after each visit. You may then submit this document as a claim to your insurance provider who will determine reimbursement.
Hourly Rate for all physicians: $550/hour
New intake - 1 hour appointment
Follow-up - 1/2 hour appointment ($275)
In the case of a need for a home-visit, an hourly rate will be used for travel
